1. When will my order be shipped?
   Your order will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days via DHL.
   
   
2. What are the shipping costs?
   Shipping costs are €3.90 within Germany.
   For orders over 50 € shipping is free .
   
3. Which shipping service provider delivers?
   We ship all our orders safely and quickly with DHL .
   
   
4. Will I receive shipment tracking?
   

   Yes, as soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track the status of your delivery at any time.

5. Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
   If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible by email: Kundenservice@alwera.de
   We will then check whether an address change is still possible. If your package has already been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address. In this case, you may be able to arrange for a redirection or pickup through the shipping service provider.
