You can then send this link to the lucky recipient; it contains the unique code to redeem the voucher. The code can then be redeemed online at checkout, and the amount can be used in full or in part for a payment. Any remaining balance can be redeemed on the next purchase.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Gift cards are only sent via email, and all instructions for redeeming them online are included in the email. 2. Other offers or discounts cannot be used to purchase a gift card. 3. If an order paid for with a gift card is returned, the value of the goods will be credited back to the Alwera account. This credit can then be redeemed for another purchase. 4. Gift cards are country-specific and can only be redeemed on the website in the country in which they were purchased. 5. Gift cards are sent at no additional cost.

Waterproof, but in moderation:

Our jewelry made of 925 silver and genuine freshwater pearls is water-resistant and can be worn while washing your hands or showering. However, for the longest possible lifespan, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with salt water or highly chlorinated water (e.g., in a pool). 925 silver (sterling silver) is not completely waterproof, but it is generally water-resistant. This means:
Clear water does not usually harm silver – occasional contact is unproblematic.

However , prolonged or frequent contact with water , especially chlorinated water (swimming pool) or salt water (sea) , can lead to oxidation (dark discoloration) or tarnishing.

Humidity + air + sulfur compounds (e.g. in the air or in cosmetics) also promote tarnishing.


Gentle cleansing:
A soft microfiber cloth is sufficient to gently clean your silver and preserve its natural shine. Please avoid harsh cleaning agents—pearls, in particular, don't like chemicals.

Mindfulness:
Freshwater pearls are natural products and are sensitive to perfume, hairspray, or strong friction. Therefore, wear your pearl earrings as the last step in your styling routine, if possible, and remove them before exercising or sleeping.


Storage:
Even sturdy jewelry like 925 silver benefits from protected storage. Ideally, store it separately in a soft pouch or in a dry, light-protected jewelry box—this will protect your jewelry from scratches and discoloration.
