Shipping costs
We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross goods value): For orders over €50.00, shipping is free. According to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no sales tax is charged.

For orders over €50, we offer free shipping within Germany. Delivery time is 3–7 business days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within 14 days – provided the hygiene stickers have not been removed.

Provision of digital content:
There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content will be provided to you via a link sent to you by email.
This email containing access data for providing the digital content will be sent within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Return Policy:

You can return your item within 14 days of receiving the shipment if the following conditions are met: 

1) The items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear. 

2) The label must not be removed.

3) The items must be in the original packaging.

4) Our hygiene stickers must not be removed. 

*Please note: If your return does not comply with our return policy, we will inform you via email about further action .

 

Information on refunds in our online shop

The cancellation period is 14 days after receipt of the goods. We offer you a 20-day right of return . You will receive an automatic notification as soon as we refund the outstanding amount. To check whether your return has arrived, please use the tracking number you receive when you post your package.

Excluded are items that cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons . Category: Jewelry/Accessories, unless the hygiene seal has not been removed or damaged.

Extended return policy from November 10, 2025, to January 10, 2026. This applies to all orders received and paid on November 10. 

If you have not received notification from us after 30 days, please contact Kundenservice@alwera.de.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:

Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. jewelry with a hygiene sticker) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Jewelry that has already been worn or used cannot be returned.

Defective goods:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept any complaints.
